Nothing too much trouble, we spent a very enjoyable time here. We'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was perfect. Had a nice size and well-kept room with private bathroom and central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV.
The hotel staff was quite loud.

Our stay was perfect 10/10, thoroughly enjoyed savoury breakfasts.
The room we had included a minibar, central heating, iron and ironing board. Had decent location to Domodosolla metro station, a short way from a neoclassical arch. Besides, it was near trolley stop, the airport and passing through the Sforzesco Castle...

Very hospitable and helpful staff, good location.
Old room interior, shabby walls. There is no hotel parking, although the description stated that the hotel has a parking lot.

Very quiet room - even though our fourth floor room faced the street we heard no traffic noise.
The hotel was not close enough to the city centre for easy walking.

My wife and I stayed with our daughter in a triple room which had lots of light and was quite spacious. The room had a balcony overlooking the rear courtyard and the bathroom was very clean and large enough for the three of us to use comfortably. The hotel staff provided very helpful information about parking and transportation. We had a very pleasant stay.

charming stay with room for improvement
The location offered a perfect blend of quietness and proximity to city attractions during our four-night stay. The friendly staff created a cute atmosphere, engaging in light-hearted conversations that added a personal touch to our experience.
Although the room size was small, the comfort level was sufficient.
